DAIRY AND GOAT PRODUCTS

Milk is sourced from free-grazing Lebanese Baladi goats that produce smaller quantities but higher-quality milk due to their natural diet.

Products include:

• Labneh
• Goat cheeses
• Traditional cheeses such as Ambarees
• Specialty Mediterranean cheeses

Goat milk is naturally rich in protein, calcium, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and is easier to digest than many conventional dairy products.

Both organic and non-organic products are available depending on farming methods.

OLIVE OIL

AGREEN olive oil is cold-extracted from carefully selected olives grown in the Levant, a region with more than 6,000 years of olive cultivation. The oil is extra virgin, rich in antioxidants, and produced without additives or chemical processing.

HONEY

AGREEN honey is sourced from Lebanon’s cedar and oak forests where bees forage in pesticide-free environments. Future products include functional honey blends enriched with natural ingredients such as royal jelly and ginseng.

CEREALS AND PULSES

AGREEN offers nutrient-rich Mediterranean staples including:

• Lentils
• Chickpeas
• Bulgur
• Wheat

These crops provide high levels of protein, fiber, and essential nutrients and form the foundation of the Mediterranean diet.

FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

AGREEN works with farmers across Lebanon to produce fruits and vegetables including apples, citrus fruits, strawberries, tomatoes, avocados, and seasonal produce. Lebanon’s diverse microclimates contribute to the rich flavor and nutritional quality of these crops.

NATURAL JUICES

AGREEN produces natural apple juice made from freshly harvested Lebanese apples such as Starking and Golden varieties. The juice is minimally processed to preserve its natural flavor and nutritional value.

AGREEN produces ready-to-eat Mediterranean meals prepared with traditional recipes and natural ingredients. Meals are slow-cooked and packaged in glass jars for convenience while preserving authentic flavor.
